Hotel arrangements for Spring and Fall 2023 have been negotiated and they are excellent, albeit more costly that they were before Covid-19.  There are two properties to choose from.  They are our new official NEAR-Fest hotels. 

The Holiday Inn Manchester Airport is located at 2280 Brown Avenue, Manchester NH (Exit 2 off I-293) Telephone (603) 641-6466.   The ever-popular Airport Diner is there.

The Holiday Inn Express, Manchester NH, 1298 South Porter Street, Manchester NH.  Telephone (603) 669-6800 and is conveniently located right off I-293 at South Willow Street (Exit 1) across the highway from the Mall of New Hampshire. and just over 15 minutes to the fairgrounds.

Both hotels features a complimentary hot breakfast buffet, comfortable accommodations, a business center, indoor pool, hot tub and fitness center.  Each of the clean, comfortable rooms include a flat screen tv, wireless internet, refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee maker.

Both properties are offering the same special room rate of $99.99 a night plus 9% NH State tax to NEAR-Fest attendees.  This is a significant savings over the rack rate.  Call the hotel of your choice, you must mention NEAR-Fest to get the special rate.
