Topic: Call for Presentations, Forums and Workshops at NEAR-Fest XVI Oct. 10 & 11 2014.

Presentations, symposia and forums have always been an important part of NEAR-Fest and we've had some very good ones over the years.  The peogram schedule is now filled for NEAR-Fest XV.  Although it is somewhat early we are putting out the call now for the upcoming hamfest on October 10th and 11th, 2014.

John Flood, KB1FQG is the Forums Chairman.  You can contact him at kb1fqg@near-fest.com if you have any ideas for a presentation you'd like to give on a subject that you are familiar with and would like to share with us.

In addition to the prestige of presenting at NEAR-Fest you will receive some tangible tokens of our gratitude such as complimentary admission, vehicle pass and a meal voucher for lunch on us at one of our food vendors.  There's also the satisfaction of knowing that you've shared some of your wisdom and knowledge with your fellow radio amateurs which is very gratifying to say the least.  Remember, this hobby we love so dearly is all about EDUCATION.
