On-Line Ticket submission

Hi Mike: Trying to obtain advance tickets went to new on-line page,
a) could not sign in. Is a new registration required?
b) The form to fill-in is for Vendors, not individuals. I used N/A in non applicable boxes, don't know if this will work yet.

Adrian,

You are in the system for a general admission ticket, an inside parking pass and an under 18 ticket.

It's true that the information form is the same one used for vendors. Since there is only one sign-up process, we have to cover all of the information required for both uses. Using N/A works fine for the fields that don't apply to individuals, or you can just leave them blank. We will customize the form further in the future as the web services evolve.

If you had NOT previously registered as a commercial vendor (this is a separate registration than the one for this forum) you will need to submit a new registration, which you have done at this point. If you had previously created a login as a vendor or at any point in the future now that you have registered, you can reset your password by following the directions posted on the ticket pages for either a vendor or individual, copied below:
