 :o ::) Yea Thats what I  Think it is now  ;D  it's a coffee  Hamshine machine brewer so it brews it all togather to make a Happy Ham Radio Operator and smileing all day or night long ;D

-Ill take one more guess being not a ham radio person as of yet but wanting to be I would Guess a signal booster for a ham radio simpley because its got 110 volts going in to it and maybe when the liquid get to a certin point it make like a battery for power for the ham radio
