The reader of these reports is cautioned that the transcription of a Cockpit Voice Recorder (CVR) tape is not a precise science but is the best product possible from an NTSB group investigative effort. The transcript, or parts thereof, if taken out of context, could be misleading. The attached CVR transcript should be viewed as an accident investigation tool to be used in conjunction with other evidence gathered during the investigation. Conclusions or interpretations should not be made using the transcript as the sole source of information.

This is the actual audio clip of US Airways Flight 1549 that pilot Chesley "Sully" Sullenberger successfully landed in the Hudson River in New York City on January 15th 2009 after losing both engines when he hit a flock of Canada geese after takeoff from LaGuardia Airport.
