Near-Fest XX Recording
« on: October 22, 2016, 02:35:41 PM »
This is most of the recording. I have to go back and see if I can find Dr. Optigon's solo work.
Warts, clam notes, missed intro's, false starts you name it.
This is a 250 meg file so be warned. I did not do any treatment to the audio.
The only thing I did do was delete all the chatter between songs You can't turn a sows ear into a presidential candidate.
I suggest you sit and listen with a bottle (name your liquor here) of high proof booze, a box of kleenex (Tears-a-Plenty) or in the case if your an abstainer, a 1/2 gal of ice cream.

You've been warned.

Here's where to get the file.

P.S. Ben any chance you recorded the jam? If so I'd like a copy to see what I could mix in/invert out, etc

Here's what I have of Dr. Optigon's 3 song solo.
Sorry I missed most of Tomorrow Never Knows Adam. You'll just have to play it again!

I did not record the jam. I would have to set up extra mics so the recording wouldn't be just drum/percussion and vocal heavy. Since we don't send the audio to the radio station any more I have eliminated that step in my setup. However, this jam was awesome and if there's interest I may arrange to do a recording in the future.

Thanks, Bri! Seems to be the same as the link for the audio from the main jam. Would definitely like to hear what my little bit sounded like, since it's the first time I've performed my material live. Anyway, if you want to hear the 'studio' versions of my music, check out this page.
