PLEASE NOTE: The Holiday Inn Express hotel on Porter Street in Manchester is longer offering us a special rate.  That hotel was sold earlier this year so now there is no connection netween the two. 

The only official NEAR-Fest hotel is the Holiday Inn Manchester Airport is located at 2280 Brown Avenue, Manchester NH (Exit 2 off I-293) Telephone (603) 641-6466.   The ever-popular Airport Diner is there.

The hotel features a complimentary hot breakfast buffet, comfortable accommodations, a business center, indoor pool, hot tub and fitness center.  Each of the clean, comfortable rooms include a flat screen tv, wireless internet, refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee maker.

The hotel is offering the same special room rate of $99.00 a night plus 9% NH State tax to NEAR-Fest attendees.  This is a significant savings over the rack rate.  Call the hotel of your choice, you must mention NEAR-Fest to get the special rate.  But don?t delay; the number of rooms is limited.  NEAR-Fest XXXIII rooms were sold out in early April so BOOK NOW to avoid disappointment.  You may cancel your reservation without penalty any time before Wednesday October 11th.
