Do You Have An Idea For a Forum/Workshop/Presentation?

No matter what the event, it is only as good as the participants choose to make it. NEAR-Fest is no exception. We work to present the event, but you are the ones who make the event.

To that end, we extend an open invitation to anyone interested in providing a presentation to the attendees at NEAR-Fest. This could take the form of giving a talk, demonstration, putting on a workshop, and so on. We will be limited only by available time and scheduling with other events. When it comes to scheduling and insuring your spot, 'Sooner' is always better than 'Later'.

Keep in mind that it must be related to:

  - Amateur Radio

  - Military Radio Communications and Equipment

  - Radio History

  - Radio Industry, Broadcasting, etc

  - Radio-Electronics Technology, Repair, Restoration, etc

You get the idea. Inclusion will be based on this, as well as overall appeal. While many of us have other interests like photography, astronomy, computers, etc., we have no desire to turn NEAR-Fest into anything less than a premier RADIO event.

Suggestions are always welcome. Feel free to drop me a note if you have something you'd like to see presented. Send email to:
