Now that we're at a bit of a lull between NEAR-Fests I thought I'd post this great vid I found on YOUTUBE.

Dave Carroll of Halifax is a musician whose Taylor guitar was broken by United Airlines baggage handlers in Chicago.  For over a year he attempted to settle his claim but the folks at United gave him the runaround and essentially ignored him.  Well, here's what he did:

Now the folks at United can't ignore him any more and I am sure they are trying very hard to make him happy.
