Presentations, symposia and forums have always been an important part of NEAR-Fest and we've had some very good ones over the years. Thanks go out to all who have participated in the past, both presenters and attendees! The program schedule is now open for NEAR-Fest XVI. Although it is somewhat early, we all know how fast the summer flies by and (while not soon enough) October will be here before we know it! We are putting out the call now for the upcoming hamfest on October 10th and 11th, 2014.

In addition to the prestige of presenting at NEAR-Fest you will receive some tangible tokens of our gratitude such as complimentary admission, vehicle pass and a meal voucher for lunch on us at one of our food vendors. There's also the satisfaction of knowing that you've shared some of your wisdom and knowledge with your fellow radio amateurs which is very gratifying to say the least. Remember, this hobby we love so dearly is all about EDUCATION.
