I was shooting the breeze with Gregg, W1USA, last evening and somehow we came across our old friend, Ian McFarland's web site.  I first met "Ole GRB" at the ANARC Convention that has hosted by Radio Canada International in Montreal in 1982.  In any event, Ian left RCI after the disasterous budget cuts in 1991 and has been living out on Vancouver Island in Duncan, British Columbia, for the last fourteen years. 

Ian's Web site features some great SWL nostalgic materials that you can download.

There is a very nominal charge to download CDs ($2.50 each) with profits going to a food bank in British Columbia.

If you were a serious SWL in the 70s and 80s this site will bring back memories.
