This idiot is Capt. James F Taylor, 46, of Argyle TX.  He has been flying with Southwest for 12 years.  One would think he would know better.

Southwest Airlines didn't identify the pilot because it was a "family matter" and so no details would be offered about the pilot.  But his co-workers weren't so kindly inclined: they threw him under the bus.
