Another great one has departed this life for the next.

Although Frank, who lived in Baltimore MD, never made it to NEAR-Fest he was very well-known and highly respected by many of our community so we share their sorrow and mourn his loss.  I well remember Frank and his loving XYL, Carol, from the FAR-Fest at Gaithersburg MD in the 1990s.  Frank and Carol hosted many legendary post-hamfest parties at their home in a Baltimore suburb.

He will truly be missed by many.  It is sad that he never made one of our festers.  I know he would have had a great time and his presence would definitely added to the event.
