Presentations, symposia and forums have always been an important part of NEAR-Fest and we've had some very good ones over the years. While Near-Fest XVII is just days away, the program schedule is already filling up for NEAR-Fest XVIII , in October, 2015. Although it is may seem somewhat early we are putting out the call now so that those people interested in sharing something with the Near-Fest community can secure a spot before they are all filled up!

You can contact him at kb1fqg@near-fest.com if you have any ideas for a presentation you'd like to give on a subject that you are familiar with and would like to share with us. Or if you like call him at 978-979-2807. You have up to an hour of time but are not required to fill the whole hour.
In addition to the prestige of presenting at NEAR-Fest you will receive some tangible tokens of our gratitude such as complimentary admission, vehicle pass and a meal voucher for lunch on us at one of our food vendors. There's also the satisfaction of knowing that you've shared some of your wisdom and knowledge with your fellow radio amateurs which is very gratifying to say the least. Remember, this hobby we love so dearly is all about EDUCATION.
