The VE Coordinator for the examining sessions at NEAR-Fest is Bruce Anderson, W1LUS.  You may contact him at w1lus@att.net. 

Pre-registration is not required.  Just show up.  It's in the Entertainment Building.  Here's where it is.

You are required to bring the following with you:
 
1.  Two (2) forms of identification, one with photo.  Identity of applicant must be confirmed with two forms of I.D. bearing the applicant's signature. Minors not having sufficient I.D. must have a concerned adult over the age of 21 with sufficient I.D. that can vouch for the identity of the minor. 

2.  $14.00 Exam Fee  (Cash or checks made payable to ARRL VEC)
 
3.  Original of any CSCE you are claiming
 
4.  Original of current FCC issued License
