Just a quick FYI since many folks asked about this last time:
The Shriners will be handing out flyers at the gate, a simple one-page sheet with an abbreviated events sked on one side and site map on the back. We will also have enlarged versions posted around the grounds. This should help folks keep track of what is happening when, and where. Of course, feel free to print out the entire program listed here if you'd like. I'm not sure that the gate version will have all those pretty colors.
Another area we've improved is signage (improved = we'll actually have them this time). Gary W2INR has had reusable signs produced commercially that will point the way to specific buildings and areas. This is another area that needed improvement, hopefully we have addressed it thoroughly.
Considering this is only our 4th event, we're quite pleased with the overall results. Sure, we'll find other items that require a tweak now and then as we go forward, and we'll continue to count on all of you to let us know what you think needs addressing.
We're looking forward to another great event, thanks mainly to those of you who attend. To sell, to buy, or just to hang out with old friends - you are the event. We just unlock the gates.
