As someone who has been run into once, had my feet backed over, and a number of close misses by people using bicycles or scooters, I'd like to reinforce what Mike has said with respect to medical need. Obviously if you have a medical handicap no one will question your use of a scooter. It's a bit harder to sell if you're flying around on a bicycle running into people.
It's springtime in New England. Spend a couple days leisurely strolling the grounds enjoying the sights, sounds, and clean fresh air. There are plenty of places to sit and relax between passes (even us not-so-old timers need a break). Be considerate of others. Please leave the bicycles and scooters at home.
Looking forward to seeing you all there for another great event.
