The following document constitutes the Rules and Regulations of The NEAR-Fest.  Please review this information carefully, and make sure your on-site staff has knowledge of the rules.  By submitting the application form, you are acknowledging you have read, and will abide by, the rules and regulations of both The NEAR-Fest and The Deerfield Fair Association.
