will the Shriners be collecting the Al pop-top pull tabs again this year?

They do most of the time,  as long as you have them with you, they can take them and turn them in later.  I would say bring them and turn them over to the shriners at the front gate.

I bring my pull-tops in a baggie and hand it over to the Shriners at the gate.  It's a good thing to do.
